Irivan works as nursery manager for PROTECA since 2008. With over 15 years of experience in the field, he is a specialist in the establishment and management of forestry nurseries. He is an expert in the clonal propagation of teak and is responsible for the training of PROTECA’s licensees in Latin America. From 1997 to 2003, he worked as research coordinator in the nursery of International Paper do Brasil- Amapá. From 2003 a 2008 he worked as nursery manager for Bioteca Ltda in Mato Grosso
